I have been with TXU from the 80's and felt like I was treated fairly, for the most part.

Last month, TXU offered me plan that would be less expensive than the one that I was currently on.( the one I was on, had charges and taxes adding up to $150.00) .

Last month Utillity bill $400.00, shocked.. I paid it and made plans to make the following month beter by accepting the "NEW" PLAN. WITH HOPES OF A LESSER BILL THIS MONTH. NO, NOT SO..

WHEN I CALLED TO GET OFF THE PLAN THEY SAID THAT I HAD MISSED MY "30" GRACE PERIOD TO CHANGE.... EVEN THOUGH THE BILL CAME TO ME AFTER THE 30 DAYS HAD PASSED, WASN'T A CONCERN OF THEIRS. YES YOU ARE CORRECT... TO GET OUT OF THIS "better" CONTRACT IT WLLL JUST COST $200 DOLLARS :-) sooooo FOR THE LAST 60 DAYS MY UTILITY BILLS HAVE TOTALED$1000.00.
