The company offers competitive market benefits by providing low prices, innovative products and services. In addition, TXU Energy also offers a broad selection of Electricity Plans, energy-saving products, electricity bill payment assistance programs, renewable energy products, as well as 24-hour power outage service. TXU Energy is a subsidiary of Energy Future Holdings.

Utility Service Industry is made up by companies who are responsible for such areas as high voltage systems, maintenance, steam systems, hot and cold running water, central heating, telecommunication services and sewage systems. The competition in the market is sever and the companies can survive only by delivering superior quality utilities to keep the customers.
